Referring in Pharmacy Program Terms and Conditions

1) Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the referral program (“Program”) offered by Treat It Medical Cannabis Clinic (“Treat It”). By participating in the Program, you (“Participant”) agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility:

The Program is open to pharmacies operating within the United Kingdom who wish to refer patients to Treat It. Participants must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3) Program Start Date:

The Program commences on August 10th, 2024.

4) Referral Process:

Poster Setup: Participants must display the provided promotional poster in a visible and appropriate location within their pharmacy or place of business. The poster should be placed in a prominent spot such as the shop front or a dedicated promotional area, ensuring it is not displayed in locations with potential distractions that may reduce its visibility.
Proof of Setup: A clear photograph of the poster setup must be emailed to join@treat-it.clinic as proof.

5) Reward System:

5.1 Poster Display Fee:

Reward: Participants will receive a £50 fee for displaying the promotional poster.
Eligibility: The fee is conditional upon the following:
- The promotional poster must be displayed in a prominent and visible location within the Participant’s pharmacy or business premises.
- A clear photograph of the poster setup must be sent to join@treat-it.clinic for verification.
- The fee will be issued in the form of an Amazon gift voucher.
- This fee is a one-time reward per participating pharmacy.

5.2 Referral Fees:

Reward: Participants can earn £50 for each new patient who successfully completes the following:
- Meets all eligibility criteria for receiving treatment from Treat It.
- Completes an initial consultation with a Treat It specialised doctor.
- Receives and pays for their first medication.
Conditions:
- The referral fee applies only to new patients who have not previously registered with or received treatment from Treat It.
- Upon reaching 10 successful referrals, the Treat It will contact the Participant to arrange the payment of referral fees.
- Payment of referral fees will be transferred only via bank transfer.
- Payout of referral fees will only be for every 10 successful referrals.

7) Referral Journey:

Patient Scans QR Code: Patients scan the QR code on the poster to book an initial online consultation.
Patient’s Initial Consultation: The patient has an initial consultation with a specialised doctor.
Specialist Review: Post-consultation, the patient’s case is reviewed, and treatment options are provided.
Prescription Delivery: Prescriptions are fulfilled and delivered directly to the patient by Treat It.

8) Additional Support / Services:

Pharmacy Bags: Participants may opt to receive high-quality Treat It branded pharmacy bags.
Medical Cannabis Dispensing: Participants interested in dispensing medical cannabis may inquire for further details.

10) Amendments and Termination:

Treat It reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email or other forms of direct communication.

11) Governing Law:

Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
